What is a security deposit?
A security deposit is a hold placed on the customer's card, separate from the actual booking charge. After a customer books the vehicle and their information is verified, they will receive a text with their login details and instructions on how to pay the deposit.
Deposit can be paid anytime before vehicle pickup.
Deposits for rentals going out of state may be held for up to 3 weeks*.
For in-state returns compliant with our TOS, deposits are returned within 1-5 business days*.
Prepaid cards like Cashapp & Chime are NOT allowed and will result in immediate cancellation.

Payment Method:
To rent any vehicle, you must use a credit card in your own name. This is a strict requirement for renters with out-of-state licenses.
Deposit Requirements:
A deposit of $400 is necessary.
