The Roadside Assistance You Purchase From Us Covers Five Categories of Problems.
Lock-out Assistance
if your keys are locked inside the Covered Vehicle, assistance will be
provided to gain entry into the vehicle
Flat Tire Assistance
Service consists of the removal of the covered renters flat tire.
Battery Assistance
If battery failure occurs, a jump start will be provided to start your vehicle. Towing Assistance will be provided, if necessary.
Towing Assistance
When towing is required, the Covered Vehicle will be towed to Instant Car Rentals for up to twenty-five (25) miles at no extra cost from the disablement site. If the issue was not caused by Instant Car Rentals, you'll be responsible for any additional towing costs beyond twenty-five (25) miles from the disablement site.
Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service
In the event of an immediate need, the Covered renter will receive an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid, and water. For any of these provisions, guests will only be responsible for the cost of the fuel if needed.
